Bio Energy 5 is a set of Chinese breathing and meditation disciplines associated with Daoism and especially Chinese martial arts. After learning and experiencing the Start tetrahedron geometrical shape, we will connect with a new sacred geometry shape to connect your energy to the universal human consciousness.
