SACRED MANDALA with Hemi-Sync

Mandala making is a sacred art form that as been used for centuries as a meditative focus for healing and personal transformation. Mandalas trace their roots back to ancient spiritual traditions common to Native American, Hindu, Tibetan and medieval Christian religious practices.

In this workshop, you will receive sacred tools to heal your body, mind and spirit.

Process include Art (drawing, painting, collage), meditation, guided visualizations, breathing exercises, and mantra. In this workshop you will increase your creative expression and self esteem while experiencing the benefit of working within a protective, non judgmental environment.

It is easier than you think, and no previous art experience is necessary.

Cost: $210 this cost includes tuition, 5 meals, snacks, and 2 nights at our retreat center in Riverton Manitoba
