Delighted Weekend Pastry Workshop
During this week end workshop, you will learn how to do cream caramel, cream brulee, pastry cream, our famous chocolate mousse, sponge cake, choux paste to do cream puffs, eclairs and profiteroles, cream anglaise and floating islands.
I will show you how puff pastry is working.
We will also practise how do meringues and sweet dough.
You will discover that with only few simple ingredients, you can do some fabulous natural deserts.
You will also have a chance to watch me prepare quiches, soups...as we cannot spend 2 days eating only pastries !!!
but will eat some of our deserts after each meals.
And you will have the chance to go home with many treats for your family to enjoy
Cost: $185 includes tuition, 1 night at the retreat, meals and snacks.
