Helps family and friends to cope
Elisabeth Kubler-Ross MD, Charles Tart PhD, Robert Monroe, Alex Chaligne
This program is a learning set of guided exercices to accompagne dying people and their family throught the steps of death. The Going Home has been designed to support the deep spiritual principles underluing major religions without favoring any particular one.
This program offers a means whereby the individual can reduce dramatically the fear of physical death. The result can be, at the least, a greater tolerance of the situation. At best, the individual may learn to calmly control the sequencing of this important event, allowing it to be one of peace and dignity.
It allows to friends and family to experience the event with love and peace rather than fear and anger.
The program consists of a minimum of 12 sessions. Each session is tailored to the needs of the individuals participating at that time. Tools and techniques that are used include the Monroe Institute's Hemi-Sync tapes, breathing exercises, relaxation and visualization processes, meditation techniques, discussions and related information sessions.
It is best to start the program as soon as you know that you are in terminal phase.
