- In Bio 2 you practiced what you had learn in level 1, you got more tools to move and expand your energy. You applied what you learned to explore new state of being.

Bio Energy 3

This workshop is a graduate program from level 4 bio energy 1 classes in Winnipeg. You do not need bio energy level 2 (6 day retreat workshop) to be able to attend this weekend workshop.

- In Bio 3 You will learn, practice and understand that this amazing energy is our vehicle to ascend. You will be taught bio energy techniques that ancient civilization like Atlantean and Egyptian were using to ascend to new dimension of being With those techniques you will find out how to keep on your evolution and you will also learn to use it to get to your full potential as a human being in this physical dimension.

Bio Energy 4

This workshop is a graduate program form Opening the Heart 2.

- Bio 4 is a set of Chinese breathing and meditation disciplines associated with Daoism and especially Chinese martial arts . We will also connect with a new sacred geometry shape to connect your energy to the universal human counsciousness.

Bio Energy 5

- Bio 5 helps you intensify and expand the exciting knowledge from OTH1 to Bio 4. Throught detailed explanations and carefully designed exercices, you can explore a deeper connection with your own personal energy and divine source.
