Our studio is wonderful space in which you can unwind and learn more about yoga and meditation.
Aromansse Yoga Studio teachers are passionate about their own practice of yoga, are friendly, professional,
highly trained and always happy to answer your questions.

Dru Yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisations. With it's roots firmly set in tradition, Dru Yoga works on mind, body, spirit, improving strength and flexibility, core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity, deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your whole Being. It can be practised by people of all abilities, all fitness levels and age groups. Dru Yoga is a style that can be quickly dipped into or learnt in more depth over a lifetime.One of the key differences with Dru Yoga, is the Energy Block Release sequences ( EBR's ), they are easy to perform combining movement, breathing patterns, hand gestures and visualisation. Practising these sequences helps to eliminate disease, pain and stress within the body, having  a profound effect and all round  improvement to well-being.
