So Sound Chair now in Winnipeg for Aromansse's Student

Sink in and enjoy the gentle caress of your mediation rippling through guiding you, on a journey of deep relaxation, harmonization and inner peace! The So Chair encourages you to indulge in the ultimate sensory integration, relaxation experience. Through the use of sound, the So Chair creates an incredible stress-reducing environment you never thought conceivable. This comfortable lounge-style chair holds the body at zero gravity angle.

If we sing or chant, we feel the sound from the top of the crown down. The So Sound Chair gets your body to respond to the sound by speaking into the skin, muscles and bones with resonance. You lie on the chair and you feel the sound waves giving you a musical massage.

Many have shared that it is particularly beneficial for stress reduction and pain management. The harmonic resonance of the So Chair moves all the way through the body stimulating the body/mind's natural relaxation response, enabling the muscles to relax and circulation to improve, while the music calms and delights our often overly active mind.

Sage Aromatherapy Session

It produces a profoundly introspective state of awareness that is useful for meditation, contemplation, self-reflection and vision quest. For hundreds of years, it has been used in religious and healing ceremonies by the Mazatec Indians, who live in the province of Oaxaca, in Mexico. Sage leaf is physically quite safe. It is very gentle on the body. Toxicological studies have shown that salvinorin A is extraordinarily non-toxic. Salvia is not habit-forming or addictive.

The effects begin in 10-15 minutes, and quickly develop to a peak level that lasts 20-40 minutes. The effects then gradually diminish over an additional 30 minutes to an hour. The extract is taken sublingually. To be on the safe side, it is important not to drive or use machinery for at least an hour after the experience appears to be ended. Usually people feel clearheaded and mentally refreshed after the experience.

This session can be divided into 4 levels of intensity.

-Mild: reduce extraneous mental activity and calm the mind; many people find that intensity is quite valuable as an aid to meditation and introspection. It also increase sensual awareness and can have aphrodisiac effects. $63

-Moderate: produce a gentle expansion of consciousness that is useful for inner-journeying and self-exploration; this can also have an extraordinary memory enhancing effect that can provide access to incredibly detailed memories stretching back into early childhood (clearly this has therapeutic potential). $78

-Strong: alter the fabric of consciousness profoundly, producing rich inner-visions and inspiring insight. $105

-Very strong: can totally immerse one in a visionary world and can propel consciousness into the far reaches of transdimensional/transpersonal space. $133
