Aroma Energy is vibrational energy work with the assistance and use of essential oils to create a space with a higher vibrational frequency. This allows the connection with higher self and the body�s innate wisdom to strengthen so that healing energies may move more freely through the individual. Quite often the innate wisdom reveals the area or areas it is ready to work on which may relate to present or past life situations.

Various energy techniques are used in a treatment, and the vibrational energies will change as we move from one area of the body to another, often offering to release energies that have been trapped in a lower vibrational pattern.

A treatment will usually between 1 - 1 1/2 hours. You will relax on the massage table to soothing music and aromatherapy and allow yourself to open up.
