Carrot and mandarin soup
Warm up a pan and melt butter before adding the grated carrots, potato, salt, and pepper. Cover the pan and let it heat up at low temperature for 10 minutes. Add the vegetable broth and bring up to a boiling point. Add the 4 drops of essential oil (Mandarin) and let it slow-cook for another 10 minutes. Soup should be served very hot.
Potato Salad
Cook the potatoes and when done let them cool down. Mix up the two essential oils (Lemon and Mint) together and mix them up with the mayonnaise, chives, and onions. Pour it on the potatoes; let it cool down some more, and serve.
Lemon Sole and Almonds
Mix up together the vegetable oil, essential oil (Lemon), salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture on the fish. Remove the excess oil and spread the crushed almonds on the fish. It is now ready to go in the oven.
Grilled Chicken
Mix all the ingredients together and brush it on the chicken. It is now ready to go in the oven.
