Eric Bari. Pastry Chef and Chef at Aromansse Retreat Centre

Eric was the owner of Eric Bari Pastry Pastry in Charleswood.

After selling his business he spent many years working at the Manitoba Club in Winnipeg, he moved full time in Riverton where he helped relaunch the Radisson Hotel at Hecla Island. In conjunction, he was taking care of the Aromansse Retreat centre .

After 2 years spent in Riverton , he decided to go back to the Manitoba Club.

In 2009, he joined Prairie Ink at Mc Nally Robinson where he became the executive pastry Chef.

He is working with Aromansse since 2000. He is in charge of preparing meals for the Retreat Centre.
